Is it actually free?
Yes. No fees to apply or to feature listings, and we never take a referral cut. In exchange, players see your name and can reach out to you directly about your homes.
Why do you need my license and MLS number?
So we can confirm, by hand, that you're a licensed agent authorized to market the listing. It's the same reason any serious platform checks credentials. It keeps the program trustworthy for agents and buyers alike.
What will you do with my information?
Only what's needed to run the program: review your application and, once approved, display your featured listings with your contact so buyers can reach you. We never sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
Who sees my listings?
Players browsing the Agent Spotlight (a section clearly labeled as real, agent-provided listings, kept separate from the game's fictional demo homes).
Can I take a listing down?
Any time. Ask us, or manage your listings yourself in your dashboard once you're approved. Add, edit, or remove them whenever you like.
